Welcome
Send documents for eSignature, embed signing in your app, and manage templates, teams and faxes with the Dropbox Sign API.
The Dropbox Sign API (formerly HelloSign) lets you add legally binding eSignatures to your product: send documents for signature, embed signing and requesting in your own app, reuse templates, track signature requests through callbacks, and manage accounts, teams, API apps and faxes.
What you'll find here
- API Reference: all 74 operations grouped by resource (Signature Request, Template, Embedded, Unclaimed Draft, Bulk Send Job, Account, Team, API App, OAuth, Report, Fax, Fax Line), with request and response examples and a live API playground.
- SDKs: client libraries for C#, Python and TypeScript, generated by APIMatic, with code samples on every endpoint.
- Context Plugin: brings the Dropbox Sign API and SDKs into AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor and Codex.
